Good printer, bad cartridges
The printer itself is great for a novice to get into 3D printing. I knew nothing about it and found it relatively easy to set up and get going. It's very user friendly and easy to calibrate. That being said, 2 of the 4 cartridges I ordered broke very quickly. The filament and jet tubes crack easily. The support has been great. I've received one of my replacement cartridges, and the other is in the mail. The email response time was really quick.
