I really like the style of this crossbody, but sadly received the wrong color. I ordered the KHAKI (tan/nude color), but I received the BROWN (cognac color). The quality of materials is decent. There are 2 different straps included, but the twisted one isn't sewn well and somewhat peeling along the edge in a spot or two. The purse itself is cute, just not the color i wanted. Can only return via FEDEX or USPS and not at walmart itself.
