It works

This actually holds a lot of dishes. I like the metal drain boards better though. This doesn't drain as well. For the price, it's excellent. This has to be scrubbed down at least once a week because of water spots and pooling. If not, mildew will begin to grow.

Just a trusted brand to consider

Looked everywhere, even in Walmart for this thing, and could only find this, with a full set up of drain board, and some included other things, but all were nonetheless sets and expensive. I didn't want a set, I wanted just the rack (why the heck are just cheap dish racks hard to find?) Truly, the price could be negotiable, Walmart, Rubbermaid, really, for the price, you could have thrown in a Scrub Daddy for my worries... same to you Rubbermaid. (The costs definitely show who you support politically- and yes I went there) it's a nice and sturdy rack. I love that the utensil holder is built in. My old racks holder isn't anything like that. Downfall, this doesn't hold a lot like the older racks do, but it does in a pinch, great for small things imo, has great drainage, is easy when cleaning up. I definitely recommend this

I am happy with this dish drainer...

I really like this dish drainer. It isn't flimsy and it holds everything well. I'd say it's probably best for a small household. It drains okay as is, but I put the front feet over the side of the sink and it drains even better that way, plus is solid enough that even if all I put in there is silverware (over the part that is hanging into the sink) it still doesn't tip into the sink. It is pretty much just what I was looking for and works great for letting dishes dry after I wash them. I like to let mine air dry so I also like that there is no need for the drainboard although they probably do dry slightly faster with an entirely open bottom and a drainboard, but they aren't sitting in water in this design either. When I'm all done I can tuck it right there in the cabinet under the sink, no problem. I picked mine up from the store and I noticed a lot of the low reviews for this had to do with shipping issues, so I would suggest picking one up from the store so that you can see that it is functional and don't have to worry about cracking or breakage from being tossed around. It's sturdy but not unbreakable, I'm sure. This was a good buy for me.
