This is what my mom used in the 70s or actually the 50s and the quality is excellent . i bought them for a different reason and it is for making a candle out of them , the original container will stay burning for a month and the smaller one will burn around a week. if you lose power and have no candles this is the way to go thanks again for the great quality and value Crisco, yes i like the foods fried in it as well. Delicious..
