The description is not really accurate. When it said "covered" I thought it would be a 2-piece dish like the hen on nest covered dishes. But it's a solid single piece. Also it is resin or plastic, NOT glass! But it's cute; and not as breakable as glass would be.

looks nothing like a real hens on nest looks more like the head of the pics of the loch Ness monster and it's not glass just some plastic would not recommend to order these from Walmart. Amazon has the same size and they actually look like they are supposed to

looks nothing like the picture made from cheap plastic and looks more like the Loch Ness Monster on a nest instead of a chicken the only thing that was good was the color l. and took so long to get it I actually forgot about it. found them in Amazon and they are glass and actually look like it should. and Amazon delivered it in 3 days. wouldn't recommend this seller at all.
