This is our 3rd attempt .
Previously we purchased (2) Shark rotating steam scrubbers and both broke (gear drive) within four or five uses. We are two older adults with no kids living in a normal house with all tile floors, trust me when I tell you nothing in this house gets abused or very dirty. My wife who has a bad back liked the smoothness of the Sharks no pulling and pushing just a nice floating motion, but after a few uses they would start to grind and then quit. Which finally brings us to our third attempt with a different brand. So far my wife likes the fact this unit seems to produce more cleaning steam, What she doesn't like is this unit doesn't steer as easily as the Shark and while the handle will lock in the upright position as soon as you pick up the unit, the scrubbing head flops down. Only time will tell if this unit is more durable than the Sharks were .

Save you're time and buy a shark model 7001
I shopped around and was thrilled to receive the product. I really looked forward to the lights to help navigate. However, the steam cleaner hardly worked from the moment I opened it. I know it takes an initial amount of time for product to heat up and make steam. However this product just kept shutting off right off the bat, it was full of water and had not over heated. I am going to replace this with the Shark 7001 model.
