These chairs are adorable! They are true to color appearance and are velvety soft. All you need to do is screw on the legs which come with assembly instructions and tools, and it takes minutes. They are very sturdy and for $80 a chair I thought that to be very reasonable compared to other retailers. Perfect chair for the Petite Reader!
It's Perfect!!! I'm 5 foot tall and have a difficult time finding chairs that don't leave my feet swinging, or doing the tip toe, but this chair it absolutely PERFECT. The seat is nice and firm and the right height at 17.5 inches. The back is semi-firm plush and has exactly the right curve for super lumbar support (another thing that never fits on regular chairs). When I sat on it my entire back sighed in relief. I've had this chair in my lists for 2 years and finally had the extra funds to get it, and I'm sooo happy with it! On the technical side, first Thank You for the pads, that was a little extra that was thoughtful. All of the parts were there, one hole was slightly skewed but with a little wiggling it went together. fine All of the other screws fit so well I could hand tighten them and the allen wrench snugged them down easily. The legs are actual wood with a strong steel plate to secure them. The fabric is a very soft velvet with a corded seam on the seat and all of the stitching is very neatly done. Over all, it's very well made. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to answer all the questions I had so others can get an idea.
