High Quality, Sturdy, Actually Brown as Shown
After much research, we decided to buy this particular Porch Swing. We're grateful that it's even better than anticipated! There are so many somewhat similar products these days that reviewers report are missing parts, have poor instructions, fail to be durable, or the manufacturer does not properly support the product if there is a problem with it. This one delivers! It is High Quality, Sturdy, and the instruction manual is decent (although it lacks some detail that would be helpful). While not obvious, the small clear bags of parts are marked with (low visibility) black numbers that correspond to circled numbers noted in the instructions. As some reviewers mentioned, it was very difficult to complete attachment of the canopy. After wrestling with it seemingly being too short to reach both ends at the same time and straining greatly to do so, it dawned on me that if key nuts and bolts attached to a set of the legs were loosened first, then tightened later, canopy securement might be much easier. We noted that the seat back cushions have a tendency to easily flop over onto the one piece seat bottom cushion when there's even a very light wind. We are considering attaching some black Velcro pieces to these seat back areas to solve this. Overall we are delighted with this porch swing!
