Food To Live’s Corn Flour is made from whole grains of yellow dent corn. It is known to be a pantry staple thanks to its culinary versatilities and nutritional value. In case you wonder about the difference between corn flour and cornmeal, the main distinction lies in the texture. Corn Flour is milled into a finely ground meal, whereas the latter consists of more gritty and bigger particles. It is also not to be confused with cornstarch, which comes only from a starchy part of maize and offers fewer nutrients.

Yellow Corn Flour consists of protein, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, called carotenoids. It also provides vitamins A and B among which are Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Niacin.
