It was easy to put together. Good thing it was since the directions was as tiny as could be. Not sure how long it will last. Or how good it will keep on sucking (so far so good_ but for what I paid for it, a year would be awesome. I am going to use it in only one room, my room. Definitely the best vacuum I've had and keeping up with its performance after months. I can't believe it's a stick vacuum from the great job it does on any surface, it's so easy to empty as well. Since it's a HEPA filter I take a tiny brush and go in between the grooves to make sure everything is clean for the next time. there is never any smelly blowback that is nasty like with some of those old uprights when you accidentally get a face full of 10-year-old carpet. Highest recommendation in my experience, and lightweight and easy to store.
