Does an excellent job on small meals. Better alternative than a microwave at work. Inner tray is a little flimsy. know it will eventually bend\break in washing. Also takes a but more time than my (bigger) one at home, but that's manageable once you learn the times involved. But other than that, I would highly recommend.

I soaked it and scrubbed it so many times and there was still baked on food. It takes me less than 3 minutes to clean this baby and I love it love it. It takes up so little counter space.
