Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

I've tried several protein powders and ready made meal replacements. Carnation Breakfast Essentials is conveniently available in many stores or online vs some brand products that are hard to find. I love the pre measured packets for quick mornings. I usually add either chocolate or vanilla powder to cold coffee drink, but also use the vanilla with frozen fruit for a blended treat, or orange sorbet and milk for an orange cream shake . I used to mix with a little heavy cream for an evening fluff, but haven't in a long time.
