Short A Backpack

I actually ordered two cases 1 case the 17inch Classic which arrived a few minutes ago. I opened to confirm my order and I am missing one Backpack. There were only 23 Backpacks instead of 24. On top of this, the Backpacks are flimsy and not of good quality and the 17inch is pretty small for teenagers. I'm now waiting on the other case of 24 which are the 15inch with the designs on it for the younger kids. I'm hoping I don't be short another backpack. Very disappointed will not be ordering any more Backpacks from this vendor ADS Inc.
