I have received this item from Infantino to facilitate my review. I wasn't sure what to do with this item as my son's car seat doesn't have a handle to spiral this toy around but I discovered it works great spiraled around one of the legs of an Infantino playmat! My son seems to love it as he kept grabbing it while attaching it to his playmat and once I laid him down on his playmat he spun himself around so he could look at it and reach for the toys.

I have received this item from infantino to facilitate my review. My son loved the spiral & strech activity. He would always cry when we would go anywhere in the car and now he doesn't even cry he's happy trying to reach the spiral & strech toys . I also love that I don't need to buy anymore toys for his car seat. loved this product I recommend.
