Perfectly oversized for you to cross your legs, firm but comfortable cushion so your butt doesn't hurt but the cushions don't swallow you up, pretty easy to assemble only took me an hour all by myself and I was taking my sweet time! Definitely would get another one I can't recommend it enough, for the price it's phenomenal!

Warranty issue

Love the chair, very comfortable. The only negative comment is that I did not received the warranty which was supposed to be email to me 24-48 hrs after purchase. I ordered on June 2nd, was delivered on June 9 but as of today June 16th still do not have warranty. I tried to call and even check on website but there is no option to inquire how to get the warranty (was paid at the time the chair was ordered).
