We used these for Christmas, loved these. Christmas Eve we kept our appetizers warm. And on Christmas Day as the sides were getting completed We placed them inside and kept these warm until the turkey and ham was finished. Even after we ate we could leave these out for a little bit longer so people want to have another plate or extra of one of the sidings. We also made a cobbler and a cake and placed them inside of the catering trays along with shrimp and oysters on another one on ice. these are wonderful to keep your food either cold or warm. My sister is getting a set for her birthday gift.
