This stuff is awesome! I started out taking the recommended dose but had to cut back so I wouldn't sleep too late the next morning. I gradually increased as my body adjusted to it. One plastic cupful (comes with Zzquil half an hour before going to bed assists me falling asleep Within a short time. When I don't take it because I run out, I lie awake for two hours or longer. My husband is in his late 50s and I'm in my later 40s and this product works! My Mother In Love has us to try some because we were not getting the proper amount of sleep and sleep quality. You will fall asleep easy and will not feel drowsy the next morning. You definitely want to sleep for 8-10 hours. I have nothing but good things to say about this product.
