I've been having a real hard time getting to sleep. I typically read to relax and get sleepy but lately, I put the book down, turn off the light and BAM, the eyes are wide open. I've tried relaxation techniques, praying, turning the light back on, or just laying there for 1 hour, 2 hours, <sigh>.
I tried ZzzQuil capsules to see if they would help me get some rest. Not an in your face reaction, but a lovely nodding off like I needed each time I used them.
