MCT oil was recommended as a supplement for inflammation by my weightlifting trainer. This product has no taste at all and a tsp of it blends with a tsp of butter to make my bulletproof coffee each morning. It doesn't have to be refrigerated, pours easily, and doesn't have an overly oily residue.

Love the taste!! It tastes more coconut-y than the Nutiva brand that i usually buy. Excellent price, too. Just wish the company would list the amount of grams of caprylic and capric acid it contains; also the hole in the top cap is way too large to squeeze out 1 tbsp, which is a serving. But, all in all, I love this stuff!!
