Great Way to Get Vitamins In

My two sons have enjoyed Carnation Breakfast Essentials for at least 15 years. I've recently started drinking one a day and they're pretty great. I do wish they had a little less sugar but I prefer it over artificial sweetener. I cannot stand the aftertaste of artificial sweetener. They're not gritty at all either. Perfectly smooth like chocolate milk.

This is my goto breakfast protein drink. Tasty with some 10 grams of protein at a low price. I switch off with pricier and higher protein Muscle Milk, which just costs too much to have all the time. Probably my all time favorite in the category is high-calorie, high-protein Soylent.
