This lipstick is the perfect amount of emollient, not too much that is slicks off, and just enough to feel rich. I actually like using it for both lips and blush, and it is great for that, very natural looking, but actually adds just enough color to make a difference. It is a great price, too. And it does not taste old or stale or rancid, just right. Also, it arrived asap and in perfect condtion.

I love how moisturizing this lipstick is. The color is not too dark and not too light. I was worried that it was going to be more purple than mauve, but it is not purplish at all. If you don't like too light or too dark shades of pinks and purples, and you just want to add a little color as to look natural, this color is it! My complexion is olive and this shade works great. My new favorite shade is midnight mauve!
