Made return as I was under the impression that I ordered one pair of shorts and I received three and was billed for three they were extremely large and not the quality of my liking upon trying to return them. A notice came up on Walmart screen saying cannot refund until seller receives item. As far as I'm concerned it was scanned in, so the item should've been refunded as I ordered it off of Walmart site and I returned it to Walmart even though it was a third-party here I am three days later still waiting for my refund. Also, this item was delivered to the wrong house as well. I was already behind schedule overall very disappointed in the entire situation and if it wasn't for all of the delays and being sent to the wrong house, I probably would've just exchanged it and got another pair, even though it wasn't an item that I really would've wanted as well as I did try to give them to a friend that would need them, but she didn't like the quality as well believe it or not ordered something that was almost the same item from Temu. It was just better quality which was shocking accidentally ordered two and Temu refunded it immediately and told us to keep the Item so all in all I was kind of disgusted when I was told I could not be refunded until the item was shipped and looked over by the seller and the seller would decide if they would refund my money with that being said at the store I was never told to bring it in a box or packing just bring it to the store customer service through the three pack of shorts around finally I stated could I please have a picture so I could prove to the seller that I actually return this item and she just gave me a picture of the packing slip. I said no I would like a picture of the way the shorts areshe said to me and I quote there's too many people in line for this so all in all, it was a very poor experience and I'm still waiting for my refund.
