Great scooter for my kid!

My 8 yr old son loved this christmas present. The base of the handle came loose after a couple uses, so now it bobbles back and forth a little. There arent any screws to tighten it up but it hasnt affected steering yet and hopefully wont. Other than that, it works great. A full charged battery lets him ride around our neighborhood on and off pretty much all day. He rides around our block 3 or 4 times and parks it for a bit and then repeats that at least 10 times a day maybe more. The scooter goes faster than I expected. 15-17 mph in high speed and regular averages 11-13 mph. No problems going uphill with his 175 lb older brother riding either! This scooter is definitely an upgrade from his last Razor scooter (teen/ adult model) that didnt stay charged as long or go nearly as fast.I just wish there was a way to tighten up the part of the scooter that is now loose at the base. This would be great for college students or small commutes too. I dont recommend this for a kid learning to ride an e-scooter bc it is probably a little too fast for learning.
