Bought this to use in my camper & it has exceeded my expectations. Very large stable cooking surface. No need to worry about your pots, pans or skillets sliding off it. Another nice feature is the constant steady heat so it doesn't cook vigorously when the element cycles on then your food falls asleep when the element cycles off. Since it is infrared instead of induction you can use any type of cookware. You will wonder how you ever got along without it. Overall dimensions are: 11"W x 14.1875"D x 2.125"H and the heavy duty power cord is almost 4.5' long.
