CAP Barbell Soft Kettlebell, Black, 20 Pounds

I seldom write reviews. I have studied kinesiology and feel this is one of the best I have seen to firm the body. This product can be utilized by most if the exercises are adjusted to the person's level of physical condition.The soft outside makes it safer than many of the kettlebells. The soft outside I think is easier on the hands as you preform the exercises. Proper use will work every muscle in your body. It takes little space to do the exercises. Nothing big to store or walk around. Most will think it sounds to good to be true. It takes time to develop the body. It is not a get quick fix. I have not found anything which does that, only promises to do so. I would suggest start slowly unless you are in a regular exercise routine, otherwise you will be sore. Soreness is not the fault of the CAP. I have owned it for about 3 weeks. I am using it daily to condition myself for the longer workouts. She suggest 2 hours per week. Do what works for your schedule. I also purchased the 4 DVD's Iron Core Kettlebell by Sarah Lurie. She is straight to the point. Excellent information on usage and workouts. I will purchase a wrist guard since I am over 60. It is something I will use and not let sit like so many things advertised.
