SMART DUMBELL

The weights are ready to use out of the box, no set up or assembly is required. The foot print is 6.75" by 13.75". The weights are adjustable with a twist of the hand from 5 lbs. to 25 lbs. in increments of 5 lbs. One can start with a lower weight and increase it as strength improves. The owners manual is easy to understand and has a very good exercise guide. Great for workouts the only thing that could make it better is a set of two weights.

Space saving over individual dumbbells

The box is incredibly heavy, but once you have it out of the box and set up it's very easy to use. You just twist the dumbbell in its place to the amount of weight you want to lift and it changes automatically. The range is from 5 to 25 pounds. This is a great idea and takes up a lot less space than individual dumbbells. The only caveat is there is only one of these, so if you want to do both arms at once you will need to buy 2 sets.
