It came pretty compressed so I used the bubble wrap stuffed inside it for a few days to fluff it back up and it worked great still got a few compression lines but I am sure a few days in that will go away and doesn't affect the quality at all. I really love it for my daughter and she has already gotten so many compliments on it. Way more spacious than a standard children's backpack as well
