Don't waste your time or money!!!

The description clearly says "3 Piece, Valence %26 Tiers"; yet, the company only sends the tiers. Then after emailing the company, their response was, "Sorry about the confusion, but the valence has to be ordered separately." Really? How about they make good on THEIR mistake and send the valence? Or how about they correct the description they put on the title and on the detailed product description? Their customer service was lousy.
