Tasty Surprise

The Buddha's Herbs Premium Organic Sleep and Relaxation Tea with Valerian Root, Lemon Balm and Chamomile is a very tasty and relaxing effective tea. I was surprised how tasty it was and how it actually made me feel relaxed, I was also able to have a very peaceful nights sleep. I recommend everyone to try this very tasteful Tea.

It works for it's intended purpose.

It has a smooth flavor, no real distinguishable taste. I always need something to help me sleep and using natural ingredients is preferable. I have taken Valerian root before so I like this herbal supplement version the best. I can feel the effects, I have to adjust the time and only one cup of tea works in the evenings, but if I want to relax in the day it helps me take a nice refreshing nap, it is calming. There are no harsh side effects and it doesn't interfere with my dreams, only natural feelings. This lives up to it's claim that it supports sleep and relaxation and when your drinking it you can't help but wonder how it was made and it is prepared by master herbalists of Europe so it gives you an idea of the quality of product you are consuming. It is an organic product so this will become a staple that I need to have since I have to use a sleep aide to help relax me and also give me a good night sleep. Drinking tea for all these supplements available is a much more enjoyable method and having a variety on hand will give me more to choose from!

Love It

I received the Buddha's Herbs Premium Organic Sleep and Relaxation tea with Valerian Root , Lemon Balm and Chamomile - 44 Tea bags (Pack of 2) and I'm loving it. The tea has organic valerian, lemon balm, lemon grass, and Chamomile all the ingredients to help relax and calm you. I drink tea without any sweetener and this tea taste great without any sweetener. I can say I found a tea that actually helps me sleep which s great. I like to let my tea bag steep for 3-4 minutes before I start to drink. Nothing is greater than drinking tea in the Fall/Wintertime and cozy up with a blanket. I would recommend this Buddha's Herbs Premium Organic Sleep and Relaxation tea its well worth this price.
