Better than store bought pesto
Honestly. This is better than dying my eyebrows. I've had them done professionally as well as tried to do it at home with men's beard dye. This tops it ALL. It might as well be sponsored as due bc waterproof? MAX. This is not coming off unless you use oil based makeup remover as stated. It's amazing.
