It’s the perfect addition to bread making and baking accessories and works great with the crustiest of bakery and homemade bread, artisan bread, sourdough, French bread, even a gluten free bread recipe, and loaf cakes, like banana bread or cornbread. Sandwiches are easier to build, look nicer and taste better with evenly sliced bread. Minor assembly required. Attach the side panels (hardware included) and slide in the back panel. Easy to use. Simply place loaf of bread onto the slotted base and against the back panel. Slide the knife blade between the slots and slice. For longer loaves of bread, just remove the back panel. It works great for bakery and homemade bread, artisan bread, sourdough, French bread, even gluten free bread and loaf cakes, like banana bread or cornbread, and more.
