I have tried different brand bags also, but they were not the same. To choose another is - adventurous. Not worth the risk. These are really tailored for my Brabantia waste bin, stay in place, and can take that 30L of waste without any problem. Even hard paper, plastic, egg shells will not rip the side open. And if they are heavy all together, these bags can hold them. It's really great to know that I won't have to collect that stuff from the floor again when I try to carry it out....
