Only for the small chested!
Shipped in a plastic bag; no protection at all! The box that the product came in was crushed—luckily the product itself was not damaged. The product itself would work well for small bras without extra fabric (such as a back smoother), anything over a B cup m, the ball only causes dents and ridges on your bra cups. I could recommend for small chested woman, but anything larger, no.
