I just love these rugs, they are just as beautiful in person as in the photos. I am always worried about ordering something online without seeing or feeling it first. Especially when one is the main focus point in a room, but I am defiantly not disappointed. I would also like to mention, the customer service was outstanding with a quick delivery. Those are also things I worry about the first time ordering from a new place. I would defiantly order from here again.

Happy with both the rug and customer service!

It took some time to get this rug. I also ordered an anti-slip mat for underneath. The mat arrived first, and then I became concerned due to the area rug disappearing from my tracking information. I was sure I had been scammed. Customer service was honestly unexpectedly amazing. If you run into a similar issue, utilize the 24/7 chat feature which is supported by real customer service techs. The rug arrived only a few days later. It easily unfolded and flattened. The risk of buying a rug online is that you end up with one that is cheap, curls at the edges, is rough in texture. This rug is so soft. Truly love it, and the colors do match the pictures...neutral cream and gray accents. Highly recommend this company.
