Excellent. I was skeptical of these for years. My new girlfriend has one and let me use it. OMG, I love it and dont know why for $40 Ive never bought one. I have very bad spinal issues and nerve issues in my back. I was having muscle spasms severly the other day, A 20 out of 10 crying in pain. Used this, felt way better, but the next day. Whalla. My back felt perfect. No pain. Amazing. The only thing this seems to NOT have is Auto shut off. Not a dealbreaker for me but just pointing it out for others looking to buy in case it is.

This neck and back massager is absolutely amazing!

I am so happy with this neck and back massager. It has a deep massage and you can use it from your neck all the way down to your lower back depending on how you position it or yourself. I put it on my kitchen chair and move it or me all the way from my neck all the way down to my lower back it's a very deep massage you can increase or decrease the intensity and the rotation. It has a heat function but I have not found that very useful it does not get very hot. This is definitely worth the money I recommend it to anybody that has neck or back pain.
