If you want a good, deep massage, you will like this massager. Cons: 1= a bit heavy for high up on the neck, but the weight seems needed for what the product does (then again, I have occipital neuralgia which makes my neck sensitive to weight) 2 = only one heat setting (at a comfy warm; but this is an economical model; so this is no surprise) Pros: 1 = good, deep massage to help relax muscles.. 2 = great portability due to charging feature instead of having to leave it plugged. 3 = detachable cover that can be washed to help keep the actual cloth on the non-washable parts clean. 4 = two different speeds of the massager. 5 = changeable direction of the massager Personal favorites: I love the help it gives to my mid trapezei muscles (where my lower neck and shoulders meet), and both my senior mother and I like the help that it gives the middish to lower back muscles. Even though I did receive this product in exchange for a free, unbiased review, I would like to note that this is my second massage product purchased that was manufactured by Snailax; the first of which I fully purchased and have been happy with for over two years.

I love massages (who doesn't) but the worst part of them, is when they end. With the Snailax cordless massager, it doesn't have to end. My absolute favorite part of this massager is that it is cordless; I no longer have to worry about positioning myself near an outlet OR finding an extension cord so I can relax in my preferred spot. The massager quickly and easily charges; the charger itself will display a green light when it is fully charged and ready to go. The massager is not just for your neck and shoulders but can be used on your abdomen, thigh, waist and back. What I really love is that I can walk around with it; if I am relaxing on the couch and need to get up for some reason, the massager comes with me. No worry about unplugging anything, removing the massager or walking around with or tripping over cords. This massager feels great and the massager heads move in a circular motion (your choice for clockwise or counterclockwise). There is a setting for high or low intensity and a option for heat. The massager will turn off automatically after 15 minutes, but you can just turn it back on if you want/need more time. The arm straps are super useful and can actually be used to apply more or less pressure of the massager heads against your skin. I highly recommend this product; it would also make an excellent gift.
