I like that the chairs arrived early and were packaged very well! they went together very easily. they are so comfortable. they may not be for everybody but for me they work because they're firm but yet soft enough and they hold a lot of weight. the leather is beautiful! it is not cheap. I've been looking for chairs for quite some time and actually bought two others but had to send them back because they were so cheap. these are perfect. they do sit lower but yet they're so easy to get out of. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I love them. on my second chair there were not holes drilled into the material but the brackets were underneath for the bolts to go into. I simply found with my hand where they went which was very easy and was able to put them in no problem. I did not have any other problems everything lined up. the colors beautiful. and I am 5'8 and the arms are just perfect the height from sitting position to the armrest. when you get out of the chair, there is no indents in the material. I like that because it will wear so much better. I hope this helps somebody make a decision about these chairs. enjoy.
