Best customer service I have ever experienced in a long time! Ordered a 36” window box planter with tray. The box arrived a day early but unfortunately the tray was missing. Contacted CS and received a reply in less than 15 minutes. They immediately sent out a tray which arrived within 3 days. All items were in perfect condition.
