Great performance and easy to clean air fryer!

This air fryer is the third I've owned. My major complaint with the previous air fryers is that they were nearly impossible to keep clean, the fans were inaccessible and built up grease not only impacted the efficiency of the fryer but also made the unit so noisy. The Granitestone Big Boss is fantastic and a breeze to keep clean. The lid is a bit cumbersome but just takes a few days to get used to it. Would love to see the oven dials replaced with digital ones. I've also noticed that I've added a few minutes to cooking times but it's not a problem and it's great to be able to watch your food while it's cooking. Overall, I am delighted with purchase.
