Better Homes & Gardens 13.5 in Wood Whiskey Barrel Planter

I've always liked the look of whiskey barrel planters but the ones made from real wood are usually pricey and the plastic versions look like, well, plastic. I usually buy terracotta planters but I needed some bigger pots for plants that have outgrown their 10 inch terracotta pots and the thing about large (12 inch diameter) terracotta planters is that they're very heavy. So I was browsing the Walmart site for an attractive alternative to terracotta when I came across this Better Homes %26 Gardens 13.5 in Wood Whiskey Barrel Planter. My first thought, "wow, this actually looks like real wood." I had assumed it was plastic because of the price! Once I realized that these are made of real wood, I ordered two immediately. I've ordered several Better Homes %26 Gardens planters in the past that were absolutely gorgeous, great quality and very affordable, so I had high expectations and was not disappointed. These are beautiful and much easier to carry than terracotta. Already ordered two more.
