This product is in capsules, do not chew! For those trying to lose water weight. Isn't exactly a fat burner in and of itself but rather helps you lose weight faster by reducing your water weight thereby increasing your lean mass which then helps you burn fat. Take a b12 supplement with this to help retain this source of iron and calcium. Believe it or not, drink lots of water every time you take this.
