The perfect iron supplement

There is absolutely no stomach discomfort. I take this with 500 mg of vitamin C for absorption. I already feel better in just 30 days. I was instructed to take the full tablet for the first 30 days and now I'm only supposed to take half a tablet but to continue to take it with 500 mg of vitamin C. I've already noticed a difference in my nails, in my breathing, and my overall energy. Thank you for making a gentle low dose iron vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid supplement. I didn't notice a particularly strong taste and was a nice size. I haven't had my levels tested but I feel like they have increased based on my energy levels. I also have not noticed any stomach troubles like some iron supplements can cause.
