Positives are the head reclines very far back to the point that it dips slightly which is good for me a my bouts of Vertigo. Negatives: No Cup holder. The remote to recline and raise the head and feet, is hard to find. It will not connect to the chair and tends to fall to the floor. Overall, the good outweighs any negatives; however, it could be a couple hundred dollars less expensive. And have a cup holder.
