This all over same material keeps its hold, no ripping or tearing. Highly recommend. It's a great price and good quality! Bought gray %26 considering buying another in white.

I was surprised, this is much nicer than expected. The part that goes between the mattresses is the same fabric as the ruffle is made from, it's not that thin flimsy stuff they usually use in bed skirts. I was pretty impressed with this for the price.
