Mix a solution of mild soap and water in a spray bottle or bucket. Use a gentle soap that does not contain bleach or harsh chemicals. Dampen a soft cloth or sponge with the soap and water solution. Wipe down the surface of the Vinyl Mattress Protector with a damp cloth or sponge. Be sure to clean all areas of the protector, including the edges and corners. If there are any stubborn stains or spots, use a soft-bristled brush or toothbrush to gently scrub the area. Once the Vinyl Mattress Protector is clean, rinse it thoroughly with clean water. Make sure to remove all soap residue. Pat the Vinyl Mattress Protector dry with a clean towel. Do not use a hair dryer or other heat source to dry the protector, as this can damage the vinyl.Hang the Vinyl Mattress Protector over a clothesline or lay it flat on a clean surface to air dry completely.
