The flavor combo I didn't know I was looking for
This is the perfect combination of two styles of mustard: sweet and hot. The sweet flavor comes from honey (and this ingredient influences the stickiness of the mustard) while the heat tastes like horseradish (though I don't see it in the ingredient list). We use this as a dipping sauce for chicken and as a topping for sandwiches.

In the past, I was never a honey/sweet mustard fan. However, I love HOT mustard, so I tried Beaver Brand Sweet Hot Mustard. IT IS DELICIOUS! I use it on sandwiches, links, polish sausage, chicken, hamburgers, pork... you name it. I make sure to have an extra bottle in my cupboard so I don't run out. The heat to me is about a six, on a 1 to 10 scale... just right. Now, I haven't tried other brands, so I cannot compare, but then again, it isn't necessary, since I found Beaver Brand. Enjoy!
