We just received our air purifier today. It was ordered on April 16, 2021 and was received 7 days later. We purchased it based on the information about the machine as well as the fact that it uses a HEPA 13 air filter which is supposed to be better than the HEPA filter. It was easy to remove the filter and remove the protective film and placing it back in the machine. It has a few buttons that are clearly marked and, when necessary, it will notify us when we need to replace the filter - no guessing or keeping track of when to replace it. It should be replaced at least once every six months, or after 3,000 hours, whichever comes first. It has several speeds so that you can set it for your needs. And it is small enough that we can move it from the living room to the bedroom when desired to clean the air in other parts of the house. We have only had it in use for a few hours, but we can tell the difference already. The company also has a program where you can have them send another filter at a designated time (1 every month up to 1 every 6 months.
