Previously returned doll in damaged packaging!

OMG they sent me a used and returned Barbie! To make matters worse it has a $12 price tag on it and they charged me $21.99 for this used doll!!!! This is a gift for my niece and the package is all broken and torn up. It's obviously not a new toy. This will be going back to Walmart.
