Nice looking shirt but it doesn't say "organic"

I purchased “Baines, 100% Organic Cotton Classic Button-Down Men's Dress Shirts with Matching Tie” mainly because I wanted a shirt made from organic cotton. The shirt arrived but, unfortunately, it did not fit properly. I liked the shirt; it appeared to be well made and it looked great. Everything fit fine except the sleeves were too tight (I bought the Classic style), so I decided to return the shirt. Regardless, the thing that mattered to me the most—being made from organic cotton—could not be confirmed. The ad clearly says “organic” but nowhere on the shirt or its packaging does it say “organic.” I would think that if this shirt was made from organic materials that the manufacturer would want that to be very obvious. So I have my doubts that the shirt really was made from organic materials. I initiated a return from Walmart and the terms stated to contact the seller. I was expecting this because I did read the return policy prior to buying the shirt. I had a little trouble processing the request, but eventually the seller did send me a prepaid UPS label. I folded the shirt in its original packaging, as well as I could since I believe it's impossible to fold and package it exactly as it came from the manufacturer, and shipped it off. The message from the seller (Sofihas/The Sultans Rugs LLC) said “If you do not hear from us within five business days after you have mailed the return, please send us a reminder.” To be honest, I sort of forgot about the return for more than a month, then realized that I had not received the refund nor had I heard anything. I sent a message to Sofihas on a Saturday morning and someone replied Monday morning that the refund had been initiated. I received the refund that same day. So, I believe the shirt looked nice and was made well, but it didn't fit me properly. And I have my doubts that the shirt was made from organic cotton as advertised. I returned the shirt and am very grateful that I was given a refund, so all that I lost was my time dealing with this.
