Cooking Instructions - General - Caution: Mug and Soup may be hot! Microwave - From Ambient - Microwave Directions:. • Empty contents of one envelope into microwave-safe mug. • Add 3/4 cup (6 oz.) water; stir thoroughly. • Microwave at high 1-1/2 minutes or until boiling; stir. Let stand for 1 minute to allow soup to finish cooking and until noodles are tender. Tear off this tab. I loved this as an afternoon snack as a kid and had fun introducing my child to it. It's nice that she can make her own in the microwave. Low Calorie Low Fat
Very good tasty product. You get 22 packets. Each packet is one serving. Each serving is 6 fluid oz. Each serving has 50 calories and 10 calories from fat. Sodium is 530mg but that is much less than many soups. I hope to see more flavors sold on site.
